Birdeye is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist specializing in Finance to join our People & Culture team in the US. This role will own full-cycle recruiting for Finance positions, partner with Finance leaders, and deliver a strong candidate experience as we support rapid growth.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiter who can move quickly, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition/recruiting experience, with significant experience recruiting Finance professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for roles ranging from individual contributors through Finance leadership.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting functions and the talent profiles associated with them.
• Proven sourcing skills, particularly for passive and hard-to-find candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned Finance positions in the US.
• Partner with Finance leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, interview processes, and hiring priorities.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill Finance positions.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidates against defined competencies and role requirements.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely movement through the interview process.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate candidate quality and make data-driven recruiting decisions.
• Manage offer development, closing, and candidate negotiations in partnership with Compensation and HR as appropriate.
• Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to Finance leadership.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation, candidate expectations, and competitive hiring dynamics.
• Challenge hiring requirements when appropriate and help managers distinguish between must-have and preferred qualifications.
• Establish clear recruiting plans, timelines, and sourcing strategies for each search.
• Provide regular pipeline updates and proactively communicate recruiting risks or challenges.
