Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Accounting, Financial Systems, Finance Transformation, or related disciplines.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading Oracle EPM implementations, finance systems transformations, or comparable enterprise finance technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience leading system governance, testing, support, and enhancement delivery functions.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs and influence executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Oracle EPM implementation and governance, and set the long-term roadmap.
• Define and execute the Controllership systems strategy and governance framework.
• Lead the Accounting Systems team and oversee production support, enhancements, and optimization.
• Ensure SOX compliance and robust internal controls across finance systems.
• Drive automation and transformation initiatives to streamline accounting processes.
