Job summary

Wilsonart is seeking a Manager, Financial Systems to lead the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of financial systems across Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud Financials. This role combines deep financial systems expertise with leadership of high-performing teams in a multi-phase ERP transformation environment.

The role partners with Finance leadership, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to standardize processes, improve data integrity, and support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial systems, including hands-on implementation of Oracle EBS (R12) and Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Experience in at least three EBS implementation cycles in current release or Oracle Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle modules: GL, AR, AP, FA, Purchasing, Cash Management, TCA, SLA, EB-Tax, Costing.
• Knowledge of ERP integration across Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing.
• Experience with intercompany and multi-currency transactions in a global environment.
• Experience defining systems requirements, designing solutions, and enabling go-live.
• Leadership and talent development in a matrix/global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of functional and technical professionals overseeing Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
• Serve as functional lead for financial systems, setting standards across business units.
• Create and maintain a Center of Excellence for finance processes and applications.
• Plan and deliver initiatives leveraging Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Drive best practices in finance application management and continuous improvement.
• Provide hands-on setup and configuration of Oracle Financial modules (on-premise and cloud).
• Oversee release management, data conversion, cutover planning, go-live, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to align solutions.
