Job summary

Dentons is hiring a Finance Systems Analyst on an 18-month fixed-term contract based in Warsaw. You will provide technical support, system analysis and administration for Elite 3E, Intapp Time and Emburse, helping maximise the return on the new Practice Management System implementation.

The role requires Finance/IT support experience, strong stakeholder relations, and a methodical approach to data, security and process improvement, with collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Finance, IT or professional services technical support.
• Strong Elite 3E knowledge and cross-office collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and meticulous attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with project management capabilities.
• Willingness to learn new skills across a wide range of technology.
• Experience working with vendors and stakeholders to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring and data integrity checks for financial systems.
• System administration and support for Elite 3E, Intapp Time, Emburse, Enable (ERM).
• Manage access control and security configurations.
• Respond to queries via email, phone, and ITSM tickets.
• Contribute to month-end processes and upgrades.
• Create process documentation to ensure best practices.
• Liaise with vendors and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide timely status reports to management.
