The position offers a salary range of $82,000–$90,000 with performance bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or applicable technical degree.
• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or accounting, including knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with ERP (Oracle eBusiness preferred).
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness and aptitude to learn new technologies.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, validate and document business requirements to support process improvement projects.
• Use metrics to identify opportunities for automation within the finance department.
• Work closely with the finance department to create efficiencies and process improvements.
• Research and analyze available solutions to meet the changing needs of the business.
• Testing and validation of solutions.
• Liaison with engineering and product departments to ensure finance needs are met.
