Optomi, in partnership with a metals manufacturing client, seeks a Support Analyst - Finance to support Oracle EBS Financials focusing on Accounts Receivable, with a hybrid on-site schedule in Irving, Texas.

You will troubleshoot financial transactions, manage a ticket queue, collaborate with division personnel, and coordinate with development teams on complex issues, while travel up to 50% may be required.

Optomi, in partnership with a leading metals manufacturing company, is looking for a Support Analyst - Finance to join the Nucor Business Technology team.

Position Summary:

The Support Analyst will provide day-to-day business support related to accounting and finance activities in Oracle EBS and related tools. This role is critical due to the recent retirement of the primary AR Support Analyst and the team's current short-staffed status. The analyst will work closely with division personnel to troubleshoot financial transaction issues, manage ticket queues, and improve user experience.
