Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or budgeting.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, cash flow reporting, and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial trends and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial performance analysis.
• Oversee grant invoicing and funding-related reporting.
