Job summary

Stfrancis in New York City seeks an undergraduate candidate to join the US Corporates and Financial Sponsors Coverage team. You will assist Managing Directors and Senior Bankers in managing client relationships and preparing presentations.

You will conduct financial analysis on capital structure, creditworthiness, and performance to identify opportunities, and coordinate internal approvals for syndications, bonds, securitization, and derivatives within Crédit Agricole CIB's global platform.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Finance/Business degree as an undergraduate.
• Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Strong initiative and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
• GPA 3.5+ preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Bloomberg a plus.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Managing Directors and Senior Bankers in US Corporates & Financial Sponsors Coverage in NYC.
• Prepare external and internal client presentations with relationship managers and junior bankers.
• Conduct financial analysis focusing on capital structure, creditworthiness, and performance.
• Coordinate internal approvals for transactions including syndicated debt, bonds, securitization, trade finance, and derivatives.
• Analyze benefits of entering, maintaining, or exiting transactions with global clients.
