Qualifications

• Candidates must be current college juniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Resume with GPA must be uploaded with the application.

Responsibilities

• Learn alongside a cross-functional team to understand how corporate finance operates within a global firm.
• Present weekly projects on CBRE’s lines of business and subsidiaries.
• Build skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and AI usage.
• Engage with executive leaders across finance and real estate sectors.
• Work with a dedicated mentor who provides regular feedback and guidance throughout the summer.
