The CBRE Finance Summer Analyst Internship is a nine-week, full-time, in-person program based in Dallas, TX or New York City, NY. You will gain exposure to corporate finance through financial modeling, data analytics, reporting, and forecasting, working with a cross-functional team.

Ideal candidates are current college juniors pursuing a bachelor's degree, authorized to work in the United States, and eager to learn from mentors while presenting weekly project updates on CBRE's lines of business

Qualifications

• Eligible candidates are current college juniors pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Interest in corporate finance and data analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn alongside a cross-functional team and see how corporate finance operates inside a global firm.
• Present weekly projects covering CBRE's lines of business and subsidiaries.
• Build skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and AI utilization.
• Connect with executive leaders across the organization, covering areas in both finance and real estate.
• Work closely with a dedicated mentor who provides regular feedback and guides growth throughout the summer.
