Job summary

The Growth Finance team at the company partners with Growth and Marketing to guide investment decisions and drive sustainable customer and asset growth. As a Finance & Strategy Senior Analyst, Growth & Marketing, you will own high-impact analyses, partner with Data Science, Accounting, Marketing, and Product, and help modernize Finance processes through automation and AI.

Qualifications

The Growth Finance team partners with the company's Growth and Marketing organizations to guide investment decisions and help drive efficient, sustainable customer and asset growth. We provide financial and strategic insights across customer acquisition, marketing, promotions, and product-led growth initiatives, with a focus on growing Net Funded Accounts, Net Deposits, and Gold subscribers.

As a Finance & Strategy Senior Analyst, Growth & Marketing, you will be a key Finance partner to the Growth and Marketing organizations, combining financial modeling, analytics, and business judgment to inform investment decisions. You will independently own high-impact analyses and leadership reporting, while helping modernize and scale Finance processes through automation and AI.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY or Chicago, IL offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you'll do

• Own key Growth Finance reporting and performance management processes, delivering clear insights on business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities to Finance and senior leadership.

• Improve and scale Finance processes through automation and AI, identifying opportunities to streamline recurring reporting, increase analytical depth, and build more efficient and scalable workflows.

• Partner with Growth and Marketing partners to evaluate investments across performance marketing, promotions, and product-led growth initiatives, developing clear financial recommendations that inform resource allocation and business decisions.

• Build financial models and analyses that translate ambiguous business questions into structured frameworks, evaluating ROI, payback, customer and asset growth, revenue, and other key financial outcomes.

• Partner cross-functionally with Data Science, Accounting, Marketing, Product, and other teams to develop data-driven insights, improve measurement, and support strategic Growth initiatives.

What you bring

• 4-5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a similarly analytical role, with strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

• Strong business judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ambiguous questions, identify the key drivers, structure an analytical approach, and develop a clear financial point of view and recommendation.

• A high degree of ownership and independence, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, proactively identify opportunities and risks, and drive work from initial question through final recommendation.

• Strong data and communication skills, with the ability to work with large datasets, synthesize complex analyses into clear insights, and communicate effectively with both technical partners and senior business leaders.

• An AI-first and continuous-improvement mindset, with curiosity about emerging tools and a track record of using technology, automation, or AI to make analytical and reporting processes faster, smarter, and more scalable.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$111,000-$130,000 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)

$97,000-$114,000 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)

$86,000-$101,000 USD
