United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Finance and Strategy Partner to lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for AI investments, token spend, and engineering headcount. You will collaborate with data science, engineering, and finance to improve integrated financial systems and metrics.

The role emphasizes building analytical models, ROI measurement, and leading finance processes to drive productivity and cost efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of strategic finance or FP&A experience.
• Experience driving budget and forecast creation and headcount envelope management.
• Experience using AI tools to develop data visualizations and explore datasets.
• Fluency in AI cost drivers and metrics including token caching, reads, and writes.
• Understanding accruals, amortization, and capitalization.

Responsibilities

• Support and influence key strategic and business decisions.
• Be the finance partner for analysis of strategic projects and initiatives.
• Design analytical models to measure ROI of investments in headcount and other expenses.
• Drive reporting, budgeting, forecast, and long-range plans.
• Build and own models; deliver dashboards with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate across Finance Systems, Data Science, and Infrastructure Engineering.
