Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Finance Manager in New York to own company-wide budgeting and reporting with an AI-first mindset. You will partner across teams to inform the total business plan and executive reporting, driving value with AI-enabled financial systems.

You will influence the budgeting process, build scalable financial tooling, and support senior leadership with analyses and strategic projects in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or Investment Banking.
• AI-first mindset; actively using AI to accelerate analysis or automate tasks.
• Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint with financial modeling experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork, quantitative and analytical skills.
• Collaborative, ownership-driven, fast-moving work style.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and proactively.
• Bias toward proactive insight over reactive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting process company-wide, including expenses and headcount planning with stakeholders.
• Review, evaluate, maintain, and improve financial models for OKRs and reporting.
• Support forecasting, management reporting and G&A finance processes.
• Create Budget vs. Actuals materials with Finance Business Partners.
• Build out Finance AI tooling and financial systems infrastructure to automate reporting.
• Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership.
