Job summary

Taylor Morrison is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead strategic and ongoing financial management, balancing growth with risk. You will collaborate with Sales, Construction, Purchasing and Land, and direct a team of finance, accounting, closing and contracts professionals.

You will drive forecasts and budgets, ensure timely reporting, mentor staff, and implement policies across the division. A CPA and 10+ years in finance within homebuilding or construction are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA certification strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting for public/private homebuilder.
• Knowledge of cost accounting in homebuilding/construction required.
• Advanced proficiency with finance and accounting systems and software, including Excel.
• Proven track record of managing and training accounting/finance personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead divisional strategic and financial goals development and achievement.
• Direct accounting, control, audit and administrative duties.
• Ensure accurate development, analysis and reporting of financial information.
• Drive forecasting, budgets and division budgets weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Ensure timely corporate and operational reports submission.
• Mentor and develop Finance, Closing/Contracts staff.
