Job summary

Schwab seeks a senior finance professional to join the Technology Services Finance team in Westlake, TX. You will lead internal software capitalization, build models for investment portfolios, and oversee FP&A activities for multi-billion portfolios in a hybrid work environment.

Your work will champion TBMO frameworks, drive cost transparency, and push forecasting improvements using GenAI capabilities across Schwab technology investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance.
• Strong understanding of internally developed software capitalization accounting and governance.
• Experience modernizing cross-functional financial processes and leveraging GenAI.

Responsibilities

• Lead internally developed software capitalization processes with portfolio leaders.
• Build and maintain financial models to inform investment decisions.
• Lead FP&A processes for major portfolios (monthly close, variance analysis, forecasting).
• Enhance reporting solutions and champion TBMO/TCOW data adoption.
• Partner with SMEs to improve cost transparency across Schwab technology investments.
• Drive forecasting improvements and leverage GenAI in financial systems.
