Legacy Healthcare is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead day-to-day analytical and planning activities, reporting to the CFO and guiding facility financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a decade of relevant experience and at least two years supporting a long-term care organization, with the role based onsite at the Skokie, IL corporate office.

Qualifications

• Ten years of full-time experience in finance or accounting with budgeting and reporting responsibilities.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with experience in financial modeling and analysis.
• Familiarity with data mining tools and techniques to generate business insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and produce daily, monthly, quarterly and annual internal reporting and datasets.
• Drive the annual budget process.
• Develop new analytic datasets (KPIs, benchmarks).
• Lead adoption of analytics and automation tools.
• Coordinate with external software vendors for reporting and tools.
• Assist in proposals and presentations.
• Support broader financial operations improvement initiatives.
