Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Finance & Strategy Analyst to join the Product Finance FP&A team and own the financial story behind Coinbase’s dynamic revenue lines, including Consumer Trading, Developer, and Stablecoin products.

You will build models, forecast revenue and OpEx, partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other functions, and lead the month-end close with rigorous variance analysis to support leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of FP&A or related analytical role experience.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills, with exposure to planning tools such as Anaplan, NetSuite, or Adaptive Insights.
• Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders (e.g., Product, Engineering, Operations) to validate assumptions, gather inputs, and present financial analysis.
• Track record of independently identifying financial trends or risks and escalating insights to leadership without being prompted.
• Proven accuracy in financial close processes, variance analysis, or reconciliation workflows.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

We're hiring a Finance & Strategy Analyst to join the Product Finance FP&A team and own the financial story behind some of Coinbase's most dynamic revenue lines, including Consumer Trading, Developer, and Stablecoin products. This team provides forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic insights across all revenue and expense lines for the product groups, partnering cross-functionally with Business Operations, Data, Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations, and HR. You'll build the models and deliver the analysis that help leadership understand what's driving performance, where the risks and opportunities are, and where to focus next.

What you'll do:

• Own Consumer Trading revenue forecasting and variance analysis, reconciling actuals against forecast on a monthly cadence

Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus):

$130,900—$154,000 USD
