Citizens Bank is seeking a Finance Senior Manager to partner across Consumer Deposits and lead executive storytelling on performance and strategy. You will coordinate forecasting, budgeting, and strategic plans while driving automation and AI-enabled insights.
You’ll translate complex data into concise leadership narratives, connect deliverables, and champion continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and decision support.
The Finance Senior Manager serves as the lead strategic finance partner for Consumer Deposits and is responsible for integrating the organization’s most critical executive deliverables, including the Monthly Business Review (MBR), Forecast, Budget, Strategic Plan, and ad hoc leadership presentations. The role acts as the central point of coordination across Finance, Product, Analytics, Marketing, and FP&A teams to ensure leadership is receiving a consistent, fact-based narrative on business performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic priorities.
This individual is accountable not only for developing executive materials, but also for creating connectivity across deliverables, eliminating redundant work, and ensuring the business story is developed once and communicated consistently across multiple forums and audiences. The role serves as the primary owner of executive storytelling for Consumer Deposits and helps translate complex financial and business performance into actionable insights for senior leadership.
In addition, the role leads continuous improvement efforts focused on automation, AI enablement, and process transformation. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities to automate recurring analyses, streamline presentation development, standardize commentary production, reduce manual reporting activities, and implement technology-enabled solutions that increase organizational capacity for strategic decision support. Success in the role will be measured by improved efficiency, stronger executive messaging, enhanced business partnership, and the development of future Finance leadership capabilities.
The salary range for this position is $129,000-$169,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to, the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
