As a Finance Specialist Senior within PNC's Realty Services Finance organization, based in Pittsburgh, PA, you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, project tracking, lease accounting, financial analysis, and supporting strategic decisions related to PNC's real estate footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting of $1 Billion Occupancy Expense
• Tracking & Reporting of Realty Capital and Expense Projects
• Lease Accounting, including SEC & Regulatory Reporting
• Supporting PNC Corporate Real Estate Decisions through Financial Analysis
• Monthly activities: journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, reporting for senior leaders
• Quarterly & Annual activities: Balance Sheet Substantiation, Fixed Asset Reviews, PNC 5 Year Strategic Plan

Job Description

• Provide and lead various financial management and accounting services
• Prepare internal financial reports and support external reporting
• Lead annual budget process and monthly forecasts
• Deliver performance monitoring, analysis, and support management accounting practices
• Respond to auditors, regulators, and investors' requests with financial data and analysis
• Identify and escalate risks, maintain control processes, and support stress testing projections

Qualifications
