Beckman Institute for Advanced Science and Technology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign seeks an experienced financial administrator to support the non-grant account portfolio within the Finance Team. You will analyze and document transactions in a high-volume environment with focus on accuracy and policy compliance.

You will manage P-Card and T-Card requests, reconcile transactions, prepare monthly statements, and collaborate with faculty and departments to resolve issues while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.
• Two years of professional business, financial, and/or managerial work experience.
• Familiarity with University of Illinois policies (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Review and approve non-grant fund expenses in line with regulations.
• Respond to procurement and finance inquiries and advise campus stakeholders.
• Process P-Card and T-Card requests and reconcile transactions.
• Perform daily sales tracking and reconcile with POS data.
• Generate monthly financial statements and perform reconciliations.
• Prepare journal vouchers and payroll transfers as needed.
• Act as Unit Security Contact and support team coverage.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
