Job summary

Phillips 66 & YOU – Together we can fuel the future. The Finance and Shipping Clerk at Borger Refinery supports the Optimization/VCO team with data input, logistics, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include daily data entry for receipts and shipments, month-end reconciliation, and reporting of shipments and inventories. You’ll interact with shippers and rail operators, assist audits, and help with vacation relief as needed.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Responsibilities

• Daily data input of product receipts and shipments
• Data reconciliation for month end financial close out
• Internal and external reporting of shipments and inventories
• Complying with audits and external data requests
• Frequent communication with Refinery shippers and Railway operator to manage logistics of rail racks
• Monitoring RailConnect for rail car availability versus product orders
• Daily generation of pull sheets from Railway operator to provide car movement instructions
• Receiving and scheduling railcar orders from 3rd parties
• Daily billing and ticketing of rail cars loaded of various products
• Providing vacation relief when the other finance and shipping clerk is out of the office
