In this role, you will lead financial planning, governance, and delivery of Strategy & Transformation (S&T) costs across North America.

This role supports ~$2B in S&T spend (Opex and Capex) and partners directly with the NA S&T Deployment lead, Sector FP&A teams, and the S&T CFO to ensure delivery of financial commitments, investment governance, and decision-ready insights.

The position operates in a highly complex environment characterized by:

  • Multi-OU alignment across PBUS, PFUS, Canada, and 1NA
  • Significant executive exposure (S&T SVP, S&T Deployment Lead)
  • Increasing transformation complexity (standardization, automation, and 1NA integration)

You will drive outcomes through strong financial leadership, cross-functional influence, and deep partnership across a highly matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

North America S&T Financial Leadership

  • Manage team of 2 to lead end‑to‑end financial management for S&T across the PBUS and PFUS portfolio, spanning multiple markets and legal entities.
  • Partner closely with NA S&T Deployment, Transformation, and Capability leaders to support delivery of the S&T Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Establish financial discipline, transparency, and consistent operating rhythms across a complex and fragmented footprint.
  • Act as a central point of coordination across Global S&T Finance, NA FP&A, Regional FP&A, and local entity finance teams.

Consolidation, AOP & Forecasting

  • Lead S&T AOP, monthly forecast, and performance management processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness across legal entities.
  • Deliver consolidated views of OPEX, Capex, productivity, and global charges, including risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate Corporate Mosaic loading and ensure high‑quality inputs and outputs across entities and regions.

NA FP&A Partnership

  • Serve as a primary S&T finance partner to the NA FP&A team.
  • Provide forward‑looking insights, scenario analysis, and financial decision support on S&T investments and cost commitments.
  • Ensure financial narratives are clear, consistent, and decision‑ready for senior leadership discussions.
  • Support FP&A‑led reviews and planning cycles with strong S&T financial insight and execution support.

Global S&T Finance & Charge Governance

  • Support governance of global direct and allocated charges impacting NA, improving predictability, timing, and transparency.
  • Ensure alignment across Global S&T, FP&A, and local entity finance teams on cost treatment and cross‑charge methodologies.
  • Support initiatives to improve forecast accuracy and end‑to‑end financial governance.

S&T Capex & Investment Oversight

  • Support preparation and review of S&T Capex documentation, CARs, and investment approvals across NA entities.
  • Monitor Capex actuals, accruals, and investment performance across diverse legal structures.
  • Ensure compliance with investment governance standards and accurate financial tracking at project level.

Standardization, Simplification & Automation

  • Drive standardization of S&T finance processes across planning, forecasting, consolidation, close, and reporting.
  • Champion automation and adoption of global tools (e.g., TM1, Cockpit reporting) to reduce manual consolidation and increase transparency.
  • Act as a change agent in rationalizing complex entity, system, and reporting landscapes.
