Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in accounting/finance or similar roles.
• Experience using data analytics to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision making.
• Experience leveraging financial systems to monitor business activities.

Responsibilities

• REPORT DRAFTING: Prepare complex financial reports for internal partners with accuracy.
• BUSINESS PERFORMANCE TRACKING: Build dashboards to monitor plans, budgets, forecasts and KPIs.
• DECISION SUPPORT: Communicate insights to support strategic decisions and ensure internal controls.
• COST ANALYSIS: Review plant cost analyses to understand drivers and opportunities.
• CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Drive process improvements and maintain knowledge of accounting standards.
• MANAGEMENT REPORTING: Implement effective reporting to ensure data integrity.
• RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Partner with business leaders to meet finance expectations.
