Qualifications

• 3 to 20+ years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage team, schedule and costs.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to mentor a diverse team.
• Experience interfacing with owners, architects, and engineers.
• Experience with subcontract awards and buy-outs.
• Experience in scope writing and change orders.
• Strong project accounting and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities
