Job summary

Intone Networks Inc. seeks a Finance SAP S/4Hana Project Manager for a six-month contract based in New Jersey, with on-site presence 60% of the time. The role focuses on driving detailed workstream planning, execution, and coordination across a major enterprise transformation.

You will develop and maintain workstream plans, manage SIT/UAT coordination, track deliverables, enforce quality gates, and ensure artifact traceability in Jira, SharePoint, or Tricentis during cutover and hypercare.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in project management and workstream planning.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a structured program environment.
• Ability to track deliverables, enforce quality gates, and maintain artifact traceability.
• Experience with SIT/UAT testing coordination and defect management.
• Familiarity with risk, issue, and change management at the operational level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed workstream plans with tasks, durations, dependencies, and resources.
• Execute and update the detailed schedule daily and reflect current status.
• Coordinate daily stand-ups and support functional, technical, data, and testing teams to remove blockers.
• Document and follow up on action items to ensure accountability.
• Ensure stakeholders participate in workshops, testing activities, and training sessions.
