Job summary

Geon Performance Solutions offers a two-year Finance Rotational Program for recent graduates, with rotations in FP&A, Accounting, and Finance Operations. You will gain broad exposure, mentorship, and placement potential into leadership roles.

We seek a recent or soon-to-be graduate with demonstrated leadership and a proactive mindset, willing to relocate for career advancement and to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Geon's Finance Rotational Program is a two-year opportunity for recent college graduates. The rotations include FP&A, Accounting, and Finance Operations. The Finance rotational program will give you the opportunity for placement into key leadership or subject matter expert business roles. You will receive mentorship by experienced GEON business leaders.

Experience & Education

• Recent or soon to be college graduate with a bachelor's degree or above.
• Experienced with previous internships, jobs, or projects.
• Leadership roles in extracurricular activities, employment, or internships is required.
• Leads self and others to desired outcomes.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Travel Requirements

• Willing to relocate as needed for career advancement. Relocation preference will be taken into consideration, if possible.
