Corning Inc. is offering the Finance Rotational Program (FRP), a three-year journey with three one-year rotations across manufacturing, division, and corporate finance. Participants gain exposure to a broad range of finance roles and competencies while contributing to real business outcomes.

The program provides mentoring from top leaders, ongoing coaching, and development opportunities. It requires a 3-year commitment with U.S. mobility and values proactive, data-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• 3 year commitment to the rotational program.
• Mobility within the U.S. for annual rotation.
• Desire to obtain certifications preferred (e.g. CPA, CMA, CFA, etc.)
• Six Sigma Green belt/Black belt certification – a plus

Responsibilities

• Rotate through manufacturing, division, and corporate finance roles.
• Ongoing mentoring and visibility with top leaders.
• Ongoing coaching during each rotation; personal and group development opportunities
• Supports detailed design and development of dashboard reporting, data-driven analysis
