Job summary

Chatham Financial invites talented students to join its Summer Internship Program in Charlotte, NC. Over 10 weeks, you'll contribute to client services, engagement, or operations teams and build finance, analytics, and consulting skills through hands-on projects.

You'll gain exposure to capital markets, data analysis, and dashboards while collaborating with mentors and peers in a structured onboarding and mentorship model. Availability June 1 to August 6, 2027, Monday–Friday, onsite.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and entering junior or senior year during Summer 2027.
• Pursuing a degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Exhibit leadership potential and a service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support data analysis, market research, client deliverables, trade reporting, and presentation development.
• Build business intelligence dashboards and enhance operational workflows.
• Collaborate on capstone intern projects with guidance from subject matter experts.
• Participate in weekly company-wide and team meetings and intern networking events.
