Job summary

Chatham Financial offers a 10-week Summer Internship Program in 2027 designed to give undergraduates or graduate students hands-on experience in capital markets, analytics, and consulting. You’ll work within client services, engagement, or operations teams and develop skills in finance, analytics, and reporting while collaborating with subject matter experts.

The program runs June 1 to August 6, onsite in Denver, with a compensation range of $20–$30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and entering their junior or senior year during Summer 2027.
• Be pursuing a degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Demonstrate strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Exhibit leadership potential and a service‑oriented attitude.
• Be comfortable working with large datasets; experience with financial modeling and statistical analysis is a plus.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with additional tools (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plus.
