Qualifications

• Freshman–Senior seeking a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Risk Management, Insurance or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain risk management principles, policies, internal controls, and processes.
• Assist with risk analytics and program modeling.
• Recommend and document contract standards for insurance and indemnification wording.
• Research trends in risk management, safety, loss control, and claims management.
• Establish and update a comprehensive risk management framework.
• Assist with loss control, insurance claims management, and claim litigation processes.
• Coordinate first-party claims against insurers or third parties.
• Coordinate insurance certificate activity for customer requirements and vendor coverage.
• Compile underwriting data for insurance renewals.
• Consult with affiliates regarding insurance programs and renewals.
• Set daily corporate cash position for North America and Canada.
• Reconcile concentration accounts and bank statements.
• Prepare and distribute daily global cash reports for upper management.
• Support monthly global cash flow forecasting.
• Assist with monthly intercompany netting cycles.
• Perform FX currency and interest-rate exposure analysis.
• Enter new-hire tax information and employee tax changes into the payroll system.
• Create intercompany payroll invoices and payroll journal entries.
• Audit payroll and timekeeping systems each pay period.
• Assist with unemployment claims, cross-matches, and verifications.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
