Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a Finance Revenue Manager to oversee Canada finance activities and North America gross-to-net programs. You will partner with leadership to deliver insights, budgets, and strategic financial support across the Canada organization.

The role requires strong ERP, costing, and modeling skills, with lean manufacturing experience a plus. Located in Charlotte, NC, the position reports to the Director US / Canada Pool Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, standard costing, and financial modeling.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Canada Commercial Leader and leadership team to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Lead coordination of the Canada annual budget and quarterly forecasts, including P&L and cash flow projections.
• Own approximately 95% of the North America end‑to‑end allowance and rebate forecasting process (~$150M annually).
• Collaborate with NAM Fin VP to align Canada inputs into Global FP&A processes.
• Prepare monthly Canada financial results and variance analysis; support month-end close with commentary.
• Govern allowance and gross‑to‑net processes to drive financial discipline and margin expansion.
