• Minimum five years of management or financial leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Department staff, including hiring, performance reviews, and training.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closes and audits, ensure timeliness.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses for senior leadership.
• Monitor grants compliance and assist with budget development and program funding.
• Direct Revenue Cycle operations and optimize cash collections.
