Position Responsibilities:
- Revenue Cycle Expertise
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on healthcare revenue cycle processes and healthcare system financials.
- Leverage knowledge of RCM to ensure successful implementation and client adoption of the Financial Decision Hub.
- Experience in both hospital and physician billing that drives associated front, middle and back-end RCM operations.
- Data Validation and Analytics
- Ensure client data meets their analytics and operational needs.
- Validate data transformations and collaborate with client data analysts and operational users to deliver actionable insights.
- Hands on delivery of dashboards, scorecards and critical insights for RCM operational teams.
- Experience with predictive and prescriptive analytics is a plus.
- Client Collaboration
- Partner with the Account Engagement Manager to lead data validation processes and facilitate end-user validations with client stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, driving the successful adoption and impact of the Financial Decision Hub.
- Product Development and Implementation
- Collaborate with product leadership and engineering teams to identify, develop, and implement analytics/reporting products per product specifications and client requirements.
- Advocate for client needs to ensure the Financial Decision Hub continues to meet and exceed industry standards.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand their evolving needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns.
- Regularly check in with clients to monitor satisfaction, resolve challenges, and identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to align client needs with internal priorities and resources.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to address challenges and streamline project workflows.
- Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the development of best practices, tools, and templates for project delivery.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on product enhancements and process improvements.
- Metrics and Reporting
- Track and measure key client success metrics, such as ROI, adoption rates, and satisfaction scores.
- Provide clients with regular reports to highlight achievements, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including workflows, processes, and financial systems is desired.
- Prior experience working with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams is a plus.
- Adept in SQL and technical data management.
- Strong SQL development experience is non-negotiable for this role.
- Snowflake, Big Query, etc. Skills will be highly valuable.
- Proven experience in developing analytics and solutions for enterprise systems and senior leadership audiences.
- Adept understanding of HB/PB (charges, transactions, accounts), 835/837 and claims data.
- Strong command of data validation, analytics, and working with client-facing teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical and analytical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with enterprise healthcare systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and data transformation workflows.
- Collaborative mindset with a track record of working across teams, including product, engineering, and client services.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with SaaS platforms or healthcare technology is a plus.
