We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Project Controller to join our Finance team at our Chantilly, Virginia headquarters. This full-time role reports directly to the Sr. Corporate Controller.
The Project Controller will oversee all aspects of project control, working closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and compliant with contractual and regulatory requirements. The role involves supporting project planning, forecasting, and risk management in coordination with Operations and Finance.
This position is full-time, with a hybrid work arrangement after a 90-day probation period, requiring three days on-site and two days remote per week.
Additional responsibilities include developing financial metrics, reviewing project costs weekly, managing expense reclassification, interacting with project managers on discrepancies, monitoring funding backlogs, and analyzing historical data for planning.
Assist with EVMS activities such as WBS alignment, performance measurement, and variance analysis.
