Job summary

Tennessee Valley Authority seeks a Program Manager, Finance to support TVA's Project Review Board, coordinate with portfolio managers, and lead process development and financial analysis across business units in Chattanooga, Knoxville, or Nashville. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in financial management, experience with data visualization, and a CPA is preferred.

A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; CPA preferred.
• Seven to ten years of experience in financial management and business systems.
• Strong data analysis, financial reporting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis, development and implementation of efficient business processes for TVA.
• Provide financial decision support and coordinate corporate improvement initiatives.
• Lead projects as team leader and deliver presentation-quality information to senior management.
• Translate data into insights that drive action and performance improvements.
