Qualifications

• Education: B.S. degree in engineering, nuclear operations, engineering technology, math, physics, chemistry, information technologies, data science, or related science.
• Experience: 7+ years in power utilities with at least 3 years leading program or project teams.
• Certification/License: PMP or PE desirable; must obtain nuclear plant unescorted access.
• Knowledge/Skills: strong communication, leadership, and cross‑organizational collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain procedures and QA documents up‑to‑date with industry and regulatory requirements.
• Act as SME and provide decisions or recommendations for decisions.
• Lead meetings and develop new processes to support project performance.
• Drive standardization and process improvements across TVA PM organizations.
