Honeywell CAES Aerospace Technologies in San Jose, CA is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the PMO's program financials, including complex modeling, risk assessments, and performance insights. The role reports to the Sr Program Director and operates on a 9/80 schedule at the San Jose location.
The ideal candidate will drive period-end closes, cadence across the portfolio, and EVM support, with expertise in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong communication and US citizenship are required.
As a Sr Finance Manager supporting the Program Management Office, you will play a crucial role in guiding and overseeing the successful execution of program financials for CAES portfolio. You will be accountable for managing and delivering on complex financial modeling, risk assessments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and helping to drive program performance.
You will report directly to the Sr Program Director and you'll work out of our a San Jose, CA Honeywell CAES Aerospace Technologies location on a 9/80 work schedule.

The annual base salary range for this position is $161,000 - $200,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive eligible.
