You will mentor accounting and finance teams, develop dashboards, monitor performance against budgets, and partner with clients and internal teams to drive profitability, manage risks, and enable sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or financial management.
• Strong expertise in strategic financial planning, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience developing financial models, projections, and business performance analyses.
• Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations and business insights.
• Experience managing or leading finance/accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of cash-flow management and financial performance management.
• Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and financial accuracy.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting/financial software.
