Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of Puerto Rico is seeking a Finance Analyst to provide financial, administrative, and operational support for the PACNA Program in San Juan, PR. You will manage procurement, inventory, documentation, and reporting to support program decisions and efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of related experience, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail. Occasional site visits and collaboration with partners are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in procurement, finance, inventory, budget management, and administrative processes.
• Knowledge of PACNA guidelines or food program regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record food purchases and inventory entries in the systems.
• Process and follow up on PACNA program invoice payments.
• Maintain vendor communication and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare financial reports on budget, inventory, and food costs.
