Job summary

The Talent Mine is seeking a Finance Process Owner to oversee end-to-end financial processes across multiple plants in the U.S. This in-office role requires collaboration with IT, GTS, and finance leaders to design, implement, and sustain efficient systems and data flows. Travel 10–20% domestic is expected.

Highlights include a total compensation package of $109,000–$153,000, a base salary of $85,000–$116,000, and a performance bonus. Relocation support and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar field or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting operations with end-to-end process improvement.
• 3+ years’ experience with ERP or financial system implementations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end finance processes from intake through execution and reporting.
• Define finance roadmaps, MVP scope, and initiative plans aligned to business priorities.
• Lead backlog creation and prioritization in DevOps for Initiatives and Epics.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Partner with IT, Finance, and business leaders to deliver aligned solutions.
• Provide process- and system-level support; ensure timely resolution and stability.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation; maintain process documentation.
