The Finance Process Consultant will lead the process re-design initiatives and optimize financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing financial processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Ensure all redesigned processes align with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Provide insights into complex accounting scenarios and recommend appropriate solutions
• Plan, execute, and oversee process improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives
• Develop and implement innovative process re-design strategies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration required
• 8-10 years of experience in finance process consulting or process re-design
• Big 4 consulting experience strongly preferred
• Proven project management expertise
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other project management methodologies
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
