Job summary

Marathon TS is seeking a Business Process Analyst to work on site in Crystal City, VA or Indianapolis, IN, supporting CBP’s Office of Finance. In this role you will guide financial transaction processing, generate reports, and identify opportunities for process improvements while coordinating with CBP clients and internal teams.

The position requires in-person support and offers exposure to federal financial processes, reporting requirements, and potential involvement in modernization efforts

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Active CBP BI or reciprocity strongly preferred.
• Federal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily financial transaction processing.
• Performing analysis of financial transactions over time.
• Demonstrating strong attention to detail when receiving, reviewing, and processing all incoming documents.
• Responding to client and customer inquiries with clear, timely, and professional communication, both verbal and written.
• Collaborating effectively with internal teams and internal CBP customers to resolve outstanding issues and provide updates as needed.
• Providing accurate and timely information for all work products and communications, both written and verbal.
• Recommending opportunities for process improvement, reengineering, modernization, or transformation.
• Developing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing completed and planned work.
