Job summary

Prosek Partners in New York offers a 6‑month PR Development Program for recent graduates to launch careers in financial communications. Apprentices gain real work experience alongside leading financial services brands, building media relations and writing skills while learning Wall Street, fintech, B2B and professional services.

The program includes hands‑on client work, Boot Camp trainings, mentorship, and clear paths toward Assistant Account Executive roles.

Qualifications

Completed BS/BA degree by the start of the program.
Strong interest in financial services, professional services, technology and B2B communications.
Possess a team player mindset and willingness to work collaboratively
Have solid research and critical thinking skills along with strong time management and prioritization skills.
Extreme attention to detail is a must.
Strongly encouraged (but not required) to have prior PR internship(s).

Responsibilities

Build media lists, pitch journalists, and establish relationships with media outlets.
Analyze news trends and develop timely pitch angles.
Write messaging, press releases and pitches to promote clients.
Track action items and notes to monitor media opportunities and progress across projects.
Participate in business development through research and analysis.
Attend Boot Camp trainings on PR topics and client sectors.
