Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Finance to own the vision, roadmap, and execution for finance technology across Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and related areas. You will collaborate with GTM, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, Data, and IT to enable scalable, AI-powered finance solutions.

The role requires deep Finance domain experience and strong product instincts, with a track record of delivering end-to-end Finance applications and integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with Finance systems
• 3+ years of Finance domain experience in Accounting, FP&A, Tax, or Treasury
• Strong discovery and problem-framing skills with value-driven prioritization
• Translate Finance asks into clear, sequenced product increments
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for Finance systems across GL, FA, Lease Accounting, Revenue, Payables, Receivables, Tax, Treasury, Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting, Cost Accounting, Intercompany, and non-US localizations.
• Align the roadmap to outcomes like close cycle time, data quality, SOX controls, automation, and Finance productivity.
• Make build/buy/extend decisions across first-party apps, integration patterns, AI agents, and third-party tools.
• Gather, document, and analyze requirements across Finance domains and integrations with adjacent systems.
• Work with business SMEs and engineering to drive elegant, adoptable solutions optimized for current and future needs.
• Partner with IT Engineering, Integrations, Data, and Security to deliver end-to-end solutions from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Drive data-driven prioritization with baseline metrics and KPI impact.
• Identify and prioritize automation/AI opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Ensure Finance systems and integrations are auditable, observable, and resilient with clear ownership.
• Build trusted partnerships across Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Finance Ops, and adjacent teams.
• Run a clear operating cadence for intake, roadmap reviews, release management, and post-launch measurement.
• Communicate roadmaps, trade-offs, risks, and updates from individual contributors to executives.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure performance, roadmap alignment, and cost efficiency.
• Execute enhancements and large cross-functional projects in Finance Applications using Agile methods.
