Job Summary

The Finance & Planning Manager is a key role within the Financial Planning department, focusing on North America New Business and Retention reporting. Based in Charlotte, NC, with a hybrid work schedule, reporting to the Sr. Finance Manager, Financial Planning.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and support monthly new business and retention reporting for all sectors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Maintain impact analysis for new/lost business and support related presentations.
3. Assist with competitor analysis and support the new business report process.
4. Manage capital assets reporting related to new business/retention.
5. Coordinate with Strategic Alliance Group and sectors for retention reporting.
6. Identify process improvements in reporting and maintain key metrics for management.
7. Support top accounts and ad hoc requests, analyze sector metrics during budgeting and forecasting, and compile KPI reports for executives.
8. Lead special projects and implement ongoing efficiencies.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
2. 5-7 years of finance, accounting, or reporting experience in a large organization.
3. Strong problem-solving, process improvement, and analytical skills.
4. FP&A, Budget, and Forecast experience preferred.
5. Team player with keen attention to detail and a positive attitude.
6. Excellent communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
