Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation in Denver is seeking a Finance Manager to join Advisor Services. This role blends financial planning and analytics to support business initiatives and leadership decision-making.

You will build forecasts, analyze variances, and communicate insights with clarity, partnering across Finance and business teams. You'll work on-site in Denver, collaborate with senior leaders, and contribute to improved reporting, process efficiency, and strategic investment decisions

Qualifications

3–5 years of related Financial Planning & Analysis experience.
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Build deep expertise in the Advisor Service business and partner with leaders across Schwab
Develop and maintain financial plans with forecasts aligned to goals
Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual variances to budget and forecast
Create client analytics and reporting to inform investments and resource allocation
Assess the financial impact of new initiatives and investments
Communicate a finance point of view to leadership
Collaborate to drive process efficiency across finance and business
