• Monthly/Quarterly OPEX support for AI Software and Platform org budget, forecasting, Hyperion budget submission, accrual and reporting.
• Monthly/Quarterly COGS support for AI Software and Platform Org, collaborate with Engineering to monitor costs.
• Hosting cost management and optimization across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

Monthly/ Quarterly OPEX support for AI Software and Platform org budget, supports forecasting, hyperion budget submission, accrual and reporting

Monthly/Quarterly COGS support for AI Software and Platform Org, works with Engineer team to closely monitor

Hosting Cost under control

P&L submission support: monthly P&L submission for AI Solutions (SUB BE) including Bookings Demontra Load, P&L Hyperion load, Bookings, Revenue, Cost, ARR, RRDR submissions etc.

Monthly Gross Margin file refresh.

Monthly tracking of acquisitions fcst on WD+3.

Support Annual Planning/Long Range Planning submission.

Drive financial operational improvements, reporting automation and other efficiencies.
