Job summary

TGen, Translational Genomics Research Institute, part of City of Hope, seeks a Director of Finance, Planning & Analysis to guide strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling across the Institute and affiliated ventures. The role drives financial strategy for commercialization, spin-outs, and joint ventures.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in corporate or nonprofit finance, ideally multi-entity.
• Experience leading budgeting and forecasting across complex organizations.
• Proven ability to build financial models for ventures, including operating models and capitalization.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and consolidated financial reporting.
• Working proficiency with current AI tools to improve financial processes.
• Collaborative leadership style with service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Direct financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the Institute and subsidiaries.
• Lead strategic financial modeling for commercialization efforts, spin-outs, and JV activities.
• Oversee modernization of finance and admin operations using AI and automation.
