FedEx Freight is seeking an analyst to join our finance team in Memphis, TN or Harrison, AR. The role focuses on basic research, evaluation and analysis to support short and long-term financial planning.

You will compile data, assist in forecasts and the annual plan, and help develop management presentations. The position requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, business or related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills and timeliness.
• Clear, effective written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Compile, analyze and evaluate operating and financial data.
• Assist in producing forecasts, annual plan, and long-range plans.
• Review financial data and reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Support development of management presentations.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting tools and department assessments.
• Use and maintain financial systems, models and reports.
• Participate in special projects driven by business needs.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.
• Perform other duties as required.
