Job summary

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking an experienced Business Professional within the Quality, Performance & Improvement Directorate Management Office (QPI DMO). This role collaborates across IT, finance, and project teams to continuously improve how performance, financial, and planning data are integrated and reported.

You will support budgeting processes, coordinate financial execution actions, monitor monthly performance, and help resolve budgetary challenges while building strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field with 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing financial needs of the directorate and improve data integration of performance, financial, and planning data.
• Assist with Naval Reactors Budget Plan, Technical Work Plans, and Portfolio updates.
• Coordinate financial execution actions with financial services and procurement.
• Monitor and reconcile monthly financial performance for multiple accounts.
• Perform accounting/finance functions to support department needs.
• Help leads overcome budgetary, procurement, and estimating challenges.
• Collaborate with Financial Services, Directorate Management Office, and SOF owners.
